Dustin Chisum Inducted Into the FWEA Select Society of Sanitary Sludge Shovelers

Heyward Florida, Inc. is incredibly proud to announce that our very own Dustin Chisum has been officially inducted into the Florida Water Environment Association (FWEA) Florida Select Society of Sanitary Sludge Shovelers (5-S)!

For those outside the industry, the 5-S Society is one of the most prestigious honors in the water and wastewater world. Membership cannot be sought; it is a "by-invitation-only" society reserved for those who have gone above and beyond in their service to the industry, the FWEA, and the protection of Florida’s water environment.

The shovel represents more than just a tool—it symbolizes the hard work, dedication, and "hands-on" commitment required to keep our state's water systems running safely and efficiently. Dustin has consistently demonstrated that he isn't afraid to roll up his sleeves and do the heavy lifting to support our municipal and industrial partners.

His induction is a testament to his expertise, his leadership within the Florida water community, and his unwavering dedication to the professionals who keep our infrastructure moving.
